RedKloo Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your RedKloo purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items with strong odors (including perfume), visible wear, or that have been washed will not be accepted.
